Frank Rose - Founder/CEO
With a degree in Engineering from University of Massachusetts and a Master’s degree in Accounting from CW Post, Frank brings a unique combination of technical knowledge, business expertise, and decades of hands-on experience to Priority. But beyond his formal education, woodworking has been his passion his entire life — a passion that has shaped the high standards and attention to detail behind every Priority project.
Family has always been at the center of his life, and that same philosophy has become the foundation of how Priority is run. He treats his employees like family and his customers with the same care, honesty, and respect. It’s a big reason why so much of Priority’s business comes through referrals — the relationships we build are just as important as the homes we build.
His commitment to quality and doing things the right way has been part of Priority since day one. He has passed those standards down to Victor and Samantha, developing them to carry the same attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to people that have defined Priority from the beginning.
Victor Sierra- Project Manager
Victor’s career in construction began long before he became a Project Manager. While attending SUNY Farmingdale, where he earned his degree in Architectural Engineering, Victor worked as a carpenter for a local construction company. That hands-on experience taught him the work ethic and technical understanding that comes from physically building something, while his education gave him the architectural and engineering knowledge to understand how all of those pieces come together.
After college, Victor spent nearly a decade working in New York City, beginning with an apprenticeship and eventually becoming a Project Manager for an engineering firm overseeing commercial building projects. Today, he brings that combination of field experience, technical education, and project management to every Priority home. As a husband and father of two, Victor sees his role much like he sees being a father: being present, guiding the people around him, overseeing the details, solving problems when they arise, and ultimately helping everyone involved reach the best possible end result.
Samantha Rose- Client Experience Manager
Samantha focuses on what she believes is one of the most important parts of building a home: the customer experience. With a background in corporate management, operations, and team leadership, she brings a people-first, highly organized approach to the custom home-building process.
Samantha considers herself the "client advocate"—the person thinking about the project from the homeowner’s perspective from the first planning meeting through the final handoff. From guiding clients through hundreds of selections to coordinating the many moving pieces behind the scenes, she works to ensure that every detail is thoughtfully considered and that all of the trades work together as one cohesive team. She often describes her role as being a “wedding planner for your custom home”—there to guide, organize, anticipate, and follow through while making an otherwise overwhelming process feel as seamless as possible.
As a mom of two young children, Samantha approaches every Priority project as if she were building her own home. She believes in surrounding each project with people she would trust in her own home and holds the team to the same high standards instilled in her throughout her life. For Samantha, “Built by Priority” isn't simply a phrase—it represents the responsibility and confidence that comes with putting the Priority name behind a home.
